"Ken came to my residence in Reseda on Monday, June 20, 2011, to repair the entry hallway (near the front door) ceiling light fixture that was shorting out and not working. The conductor was exposed. Ken noticed that the wires to the fixture were burned and were shorted to ground. Ken repaired the short circuit and restored power to the light fixture. Ken did an excellent job in finding and fixing the problem. Thanks entirely to his excellent work and diligence, Ken prevented a potential electrical fire due to the exposed conductor from occurring.
